Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask mimibooo (Tactgen Enterprises) to delete the personal data we hold about you - including data connected with our WhatsApp messages - at any time.

How to ask

1. Send a message "DELETE MY DATA" on WhatsApp to the number we message you from, or email mimibooo2026@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", or tell us at the store counter.
2. Include your name and the mobile number you shop with (and your child's name, if you want only a child's details removed).
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same mobile number, so nobody else can delete your data.

What we delete

• your contact details (name, mobile, email, address) from our customer list;
• your children's details and Star Rewards profile;
• your loyalty points balance (please use your points before you ask);
• your WhatsApp / message history with us and your consent to receive offers.

What we must keep

Bills, GST invoices and accounts must be kept by law (GST and income-tax rules - generally at least six years). We keep only what the law requires on those records and nothing is used for marketing.

How long it takes

We confirm your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done.

Only want to stop messages?

Reply STOP on WhatsApp - we will stop promotional messages and keep only your bills and messages you ask for.
